These
sections offer a step-by-step approach to each stroke, along with simple
metaphors and pictures to help you get each step right. If you produce
the same stroke each time, the ball won't have a choice; it will go where
you want it to!
The
step-by-step approach has two other advantages. Each step can be practiced
separately, during a warm-up or with a ball machine. And you'll have a
framework for figuring out which step is going wrong.
Only
the forehand lesson is now available. The others will be added every month
or so. |
